Ingredients

2 pounds of king crab legs (split if possible for easier eating)

1 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and stir for about 2 minutes until fragrant, taking care not to brown the garlic.

Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, old bay seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Place the crab legs on a large baking sheet lined with foil for easy cleanup. If your crab legs are not split, use kitchen shears to cut them open so the butter sauce can seep in.

Pour about half of the butter sauce mixture over the crab legs, making sure to coat them well. Reserve the other half for dipping.

Cover the baking sheet with another sheet of foil, creating a sealed pocket. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through.

Remove the foil and broil the crab legs for an additional 2-3 minutes to add a slight crispiness to the surface.

Serve immediately with the remaining butter sauce and lemon wedges on the side for extra zing.

                  Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the crab legs on a large serving platter, drizzling a bit of the remaining butter sauce over the top. Garnish with extra parsley and serve lemon wedges on the side for a pop of color.
