Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

Ketchup and mustard, for serving

Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions

Preheat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and mold each into a patty.

Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the patties, allowing them to melt.

While the burgers cook, take the flour tortillas and spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard in the center of each.

Once the burgers are ready, place one cheeseburger patty onto each tortilla.

Top the patties with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and roll it tightly from the bottom up, securing all the fillings inside.

Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the grill and let sit for a minute before slicing in half.

                      Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve the grilled wraps on a wooden platter with a side of extra pickles and a small bowl of ketchup and mustard for dipping.
