Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.

Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

While the burgers are grilling, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until slightly toasted.

Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla.

Once the patties are cooked, place each burger patty in the center of a tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill for about 1-2 minutes to seal and create grill marks.

Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before slicing in half.

                      Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve on a wooden board or plate with extra pickles and slices of tomato on the side, and drizzle a little ketchup and mustard over the wraps for an added visual appeal.
