Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mustard

Cooking spray

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Form the beef mixture into four equal patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and mustard evenly over the tortilla. Place a cheesy beef patty in the center. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles on top of the patty.

Roll the Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling securely.

Grill the Wraps: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Remove the wraps from the pan and let them rest for a minute. Slice in half diagonally and serve warm.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the grilled cheeseburger wraps on a large platter, garnished with extra pickle slices and a small bowl of ketchup for dipping.
