Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft (about 5 minutes).

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and stir for an additional minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and evenly distributed. Let the mixture cool slightly.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the sides of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it completely, and roll into a ball.

Place the filled biscuits seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the bombs lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

                            Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8

                              - Presentation Tips: Serve the beef bombs on a large platter, garnished with fresh parsley and a side of spicy dipping sauce for added flavor. Enjoy warm!
