2 pounds chicken wings

4 tablespoons olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

      Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow proper crisping.

        Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through to achieve even cooking and browning.

          While the wings are baking, prepare a garlic Parmesan sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

            Once the wings are finished baking and are crispy, remove them from the oven and immediately toss them in the garlic Parmesan mixture until well coated.

              Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese slightly.

                Remove the wings from the oven, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
