Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Place a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.

Fold the beef over the cheese and roll it into a ball. Repeat this process with the remaining beef mixture and cheese until you have about 8 balls.

Open the package of biscuit dough and carefully separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place one cheeseburger ball in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the ball and pinch to seal completely, forming a bomb.

Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with the beaten egg wash for a golden finish.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle this mixture over the bombs before baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish. Serve warm.
