Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons melted butter

Optional: sliced dill pickles for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Beef Filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses into the cooked ground beef until melted and combined. Remove from heat.

Roll the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough, separating each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit in the palm of your hand to create a small disk.

Fill the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, shaping it into a ball.

Coat with Butter and Cheese: In a small bowl, mix melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over each cheeseburger bomb.

Bake: Place the bombs seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12 bombs

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve warm on a platter with sliced dill pickles on the side for an extra crunch and flavor.
