Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Beef: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Form Beef Balls: Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty, place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center, and fold the edges over to form a ball. Ensure the cheese is fully enclosed in the beef.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle with your hands or a rolling pin.

Encase the Beef: Place a beef ball in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the beef to seal it completely. Pinch to ensure there are no openings.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Garnish & Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh finish.

Optional Spicy Kick: If desired, serve with sliced jalapeños on the side for those who enjoy a little heat.
