1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

      On a lightly floured surface, roll out each biscuit dough piece into a flat circle, about 4 inches in diameter.

        Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

          Carefully fold the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball. Ensure there are no gaps for the filling to escape.

            Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.

              In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs to add flavor and a golden crust.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

                  Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added color and flavor.

                    Serve warm and enjoy the melty cheeseburger goodness inside!
