Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare the dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to create a round disk.

Fill the bombs: Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling to encase it completely, pinching to seal tightly.

Place on baking sheet: Arrange the sealed bombs on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add toppings: In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the cheeseburger bombs.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
