Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon (about 6 slices)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tbsp melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic salt (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle on a clean surface.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit, about a tablespoon of filling.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Ensure there are no openings.

Place the prepared bombs seam side down on the lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic salt. Brush this mixture over the top of each cheeseburger bomb.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the brushed bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, let them cool for a couple of minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

                      Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 8
