Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round circle, about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.

Gently fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching together to seal completely.

Roll each filled biscuit into a ball and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with olive oil, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and fresh flavor.
