Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Optional: sliced pickles and mustard for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Add Flavor: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add Worcestershire sauce, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Melt the Butter: In a separate small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add in half of the shredded cheese, stirring until well combined.

Prepare the Rollups: On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef and bacon mixture at the wider end of each triangle, top with a sprinkle of the remaining shredded cheese.

Roll and Bake: Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle tightly to form a log. Arrange the rollups on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining melted butter.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.

Serve: Let the rollups cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, serve with sliced pickles and mustard on the side.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 rollups

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the rollups on a platter and serve with a small bowl of mustard or your favorite dipping sauce in the center for added flair.
