Ingredients

2 plain bagels

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice each bagel into thin, even rounds (about 1/4 inch thick).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until well combined.

Lay the bagel slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each bagel slice generously with the garlic oil mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping the slices halfway through to ensure even baking.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Once cooled, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation.
