Ingredients

2 cups mixed seasonal fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup granola or muesli

½ cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, chopped)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Chop the Fruits: Dice the seasonal fruits into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Layering the Trifle: In a large trifle dish or individual glass cups, start by adding a layer of granola or muesli at the bottom.

Add Yogurt Mixture: Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture over the granola, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Add Fruits: Evenly distribute a layer of the chopped mixed fruits on top of the yogurt.

Whipped Cream Layer: Add a generous layer of whipped cream over the fruits.

Nuts and Repeat: Sprinkle a layer of chopped mixed nuts over the cream layer. Repeat the layering process (granola, yogurt, fruits, and whipped cream) until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with a layer of cream and nuts.

Chill: Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Garnish: Just before serving, garnish the top with fresh mint leaves and a few pieces of the seasonal fruit for decoration.
