½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil (for frying)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to combine.

    Slice the bananas diagonally into thick slices to create a stylish presentation.

      Heat the coconut oil or vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot (but not smoking).

        Dip each banana slice into the flour-sugar mixture to coat, ensuring all sides are covered. Shake off any excess.
