Ingredients

1 loaf of ciabatta bread, sliced diagonally

1 ball of fresh burrata cheese (about 8 oz)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep the Bread: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced ciabatta on a baking sheet and brush one side with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Make the Tomato Mixture: In a bowl, combine the quartered cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then gently toss everything together. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Assemble the Bruschetta: Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. On each slice, place a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture.

Add the Burrata: Tear the burrata into pieces and place it on top of the tomato-covered bruschetta. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a touch more olive oil if desired.

Final Touches: Garnish with additional chopped basil for a fresh finish. Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.

            Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4-6

              - Presentation Tips: Arrange the bruschetta on a large rustic wooden board for a beautiful spread, and drizzle extra balsamic glaze over the entire platter for added elegance.
