Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

6 large strawberry-flavored tortillas or wraps

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Place a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesecake mixture over the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch from the edges.

Sprinkle a third of the sliced strawberries evenly over the cheesecake spread.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat this step for the remaining tortillas.

Once all are rolled, refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour to set.

Before serving, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the rolls if using and garnish with additional sliced strawberries.

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes | Servings: 6-8 rolls

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the slices on a serving platter, and sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar. Add whole strawberries around the platter for a vibrant touch!
