8 slices of salami

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley and chives)

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Fresh arugula leaves, for garnish

Crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and Dijon mustard until well blended.

    Add the chopped fresh herbs to the mixture and stir until combined.

      Lay out a slice of salami on a clean surface; spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salami.

        Place a few slices of roasted red pepper and olives on the salami, near one edge.

          Starting from the edge with the filling, roll the salami tightly to form a roll-up.

            Repeat the process with the remaining slices of salami and filling.

              Once all roll-ups are made, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 inches thick).

                Arrange the roll-ups on a platter, and garnish with fresh arugula leaves.

                  Serve with crackers or slices of baguette for a delightful pairing.
