1 lb (450g) ground beef or turkey

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup elbow macaroni

2 cups beef broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.

    Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

      Stir in the elbow macaroni, beef broth, milk, tomato paste, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

        Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

          Once the pasta is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.

            Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
