Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 cup pickles, diced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Take the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 3 inches in diameter.

Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Optionally, you can add a few diced pickles for extra flavor.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching them together to seal tightly. Shape each filled biscuit into a ball.

Arrange the cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

Brush the tops with melted butter for added flavor and a beautiful golden brown finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuit is golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8
