2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 package of puff pastry sheets (2 sheets), thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

      On a lightly floured surface, roll out each puff pastry sheet to about 1/8-inch thickness. Cut each sheet into 4 equal squares (you should have 8 squares total).

        Place a generous spoonful of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each pastry square.

          Fold the pastry over to form a triangle, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Press the edges together firmly with a fork to seal.

            Brush the top of each pocket with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

              Transfer the pockets to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until they are puffed and golden brown.

                Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
