Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

While the tea is steeping, in a medium bowl, muddle the fresh raspberries with honey (or agave syrup) using a fork or muddler to release their juices.

Remove the tea bags and carefully strain the brewed tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea bags.

Stir in the muddled raspberry mixture, making sure to incorporate all the raspberry juice.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher and stir well.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a few whole raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
