Ingredients

1 package of biscuit dough (any brand)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

On a clean surface, roll out the biscuit dough and separate it into even portions (usually about 8 to 10 based on the package instructions). Flatten each piece into a small disc.

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit disc.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to create a sealed ball. Pinch the seams to ensure they are tightly closed.

Dip each cheese bomb into the melted butter, making sure they're well coated, then place them seam-side down in the prepared muffin tin.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Once done, remove the garlic bombs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Brush any leftover melted butter on top for added flavor.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8-10 bombs

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve warm on a platter, sprinkled lightly with additional chopped parsley for color. Accompany with a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping!
