1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup sugar (or honey for a healthier option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ripe mango, pureed

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

    Add a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness and flavor; mix well.
