1 cup boiling water

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Start by steeping the dried butterfly pea flowers in the boiling water. Let them steep for about 10 minutes until the water turns a vibrant blue color.

    After steeping, strain the flowers using a fine mesh sieve to collect the liquid. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
