Instructions
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
