1 cup brewed coffee (hot or cold)

2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Pinch of sea salt

Ground cinnamon for garnish

In a small bowl, mix the tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined. This will create a creamy tahini base.

    Brew your coffee using your preferred method and pour it into a large mug.

      In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it’s steaming, but not boiling.
