4 lobster tails, halved lengthwise

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, exposing the meat. Pull the meat slightly out and lay it on top of the shell for presentation.

      In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

        Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

          Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, and lemon zest. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.

            Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

              Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and generously spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over the exposed lobster meat.

                Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

                  Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the lobster tails for a pop of color.
