Ingredients

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: Season the thinly sliced beef with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Ensure the beef is well coated and set aside.

Sear the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef slices in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and set aside on a plate.

Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze and incorporate all the browned bits of beef. Allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes.

Add Cream and Cheese: Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

Return the Beef: Add the seared beef back into the skillet, mixing it well in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the beef is heated through. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the creamy garlic beef over a bed of rice, pasta, or with crusty bread. Garnish with additional parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan for a restaurant-worthy look.
