Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

3 cups large shell pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Sauté Aromatics: Add the diced onion and cook for about 3 minutes, until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low, then add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.

Combine: Add the cooked shell pasta to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Mix well until the pasta is fully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cheesy Finish: Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well incorporated into the pasta.

Serve: Plate the creamy beef and shells, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
