Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz medium shell pasta

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Increase heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried Italian herbs. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, followed by the beef broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, then slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until fully incorporated.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese gradually, continuing to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Fold in the cooked shell pasta, mixing well until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy beef sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary with additional salt and pepper.

Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
