1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1-2 tablespoons water (to adjust consistency)

Instructions
 

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

    Add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, and cumin to the blender.

      Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.

        Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, blending again until you reach your desired consistency.

          Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice according to your preference.

            Transfer the creamy avocado dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
