Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed

1 small jalapeño, deseeded and finely chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

Salt to taste

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

If using fresh cranberries, bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add cranberries and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they burst. Drain and let cool. If using frozen, simply thaw and drain excess water.

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the cooled cranberries and finely chopped jalapeño, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.

Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Adjust salt and honey to taste, balancing the flavors to your preference.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve cold with tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
