Ingredients

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled and cooked

8 large eggs

2 cups whole milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the frozen tater tots evenly across the bottom.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the tater tots in the baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and tater tots, making sure to spread it evenly.

Top the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
