Ingredients
  

4 cups of chopped kale

1 large apple (Granny Smith or Fuji), diced

1 cup red grapes, halved

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped kale, diced apple, halved grapes, chopped celery, walnuts, and raisins.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
