Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) of refrigerated cinnamon rolls

3 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (whole or your choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter (for cooking)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

Optional: Fresh strawberries or blueberries for garnish

Instructions

Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters, resulting in bite-sized pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated but not overly soggy.

Melt the butter on the griddle and carefully place the coated cinnamon roll pieces onto the hot surface, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fluffy. Flip with a spatula for even cooking.

Once cooked, remove from the heat and place on a serving platter.

Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar for added sweetness.

Garnish with fresh strawberries or blueberries if desired.
