Ingredients

2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

4 large eggs

1 cup milk (whole or 2%)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

1 cup maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Cut each roll into quarters and place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated. If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

Using a fork, gently push down the cinnamon rolls into the mixture to help them soak in the custard.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is puffed and a golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before drizzling with maple syrup and dusting with powdered sugar.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8-10

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve warm from the casserole dish drizzled with maple syrup, with additional pecans on top for crunch. Consider adding fresh berries on the side for a pop of color!
