Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

¼ cup chocolate syrup (for swirling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, being careful not to overmix.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space for spreading.

Drizzle the chocolate syrup over each cookie dough ball. Using a toothpick or a skewer, gently swirl the syrup into the dough, creating a lovely marbled effect.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers look just set.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 27 minutes | Servings: About 24 cookies

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cookies on a decorative plate and sprinkle with a light dusting of powdered sugar for a festive touch. You can also serve with a side of warm chocolate sauce for dipping!
