8 ounces dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped

4 ounces white chocolate, chopped (optional for drizzling)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for smoothness)

Prep the Strawberries: Ensure that your strawberries are completely dry after washing. Any water on the surface can cause the chocolate to seize.

    Melt the Dark Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted (about 1-2 minutes).

      Dip the Strawberries: Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it's coated evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing the dipped strawberry on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
