1 pound ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup flour (for dusting)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese.

    Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, and egg to the mixture.

      Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, oregano, paprika, and season with salt and pepper.

        Mix everything together until well combined, using your hands or a spoon.

          Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

            Lightly dust each patty with flour on both sides to help with crispiness while frying.

              Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 1/4 inch deep). Once hot, carefully slide in the chicken patties (in batches if necessary).

                Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

                  Once cooked, place the patties on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

                    Serve warm with a side of your choice of dipping sauce, such as honey mustard or garlic aioli.
