Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Separate each triangle of dough.

Fill the Rolls: Place a generous spoonful (about 2 tablespoons) of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point, tucking the point underneath to secure the filling inside.

Brush and Season: Once all rolls are formed, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if desired for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm as an appetizer or a hearty snack.
