Ingredients

12 oz. penne pasta

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Mix well.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the entire mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Top the pasta mixture with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is heated through.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving for a fresh touch.
