Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 large egg

1/4 cup milk

1/2 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Extra mozzarella cheese for stuffing

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and egg. Add in the milk, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

Prepare the Cheese Stuffing: In a separate bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper. This will be used for stuffing the meatloaf bites.

Shape the Meatloaf Bites: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place about 1 teaspoon of the mozzarella cheese mixture in the center and fold the meat around it, rolling into a ball. Repeat this process until all the meat mixture is used.

Bake: Arrange the stuffed meatloaf bites on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) and they are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
