Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning based on preference.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is lightly golden.

For an extra crispy top, you can broil it for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a watchful eye to prevent burning.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

                    Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 40 min | Servings: 6-8

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip hot with fresh tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or crisp vegetables for dipping. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley or additional grated parmesan for a pop of color.
