Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 large tomato, diced

4 large flour tortillas

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or a large plate.

Spread an equal amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Top the mixture with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes, distributing evenly.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing each wrap in half diagonally.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
