4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
