Ingredients

1 lb (450g) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Flour, for dusting

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined to create your cheesy filling.

Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the biscuit dough into a flat circle. If using pre-made biscuits, stretch each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.

Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy filling in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the seams to seal and form small balls. Make sure they're well sealed to avoid leaks when baking.

Dip each ball into the melted butter, then roll them in a mixture of chopped parsley and additional garlic if desired.

Arrange the cheesy garlic bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. You can brush them with more melted butter for extra richness.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheesy garlic bombs warm on a wooden platter. Garnish with extra parsley and a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping.
