1 can of crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Unroll the crescent roll dough on a floured surface. Separate it into triangles as indicated on the packaging.

        Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken and cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

          Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the tip, enclosing the filling completely. Pinch the edges to seal, creating a crescent shape.
